Intermediate Certificate Course
We introduced our Basic Certificate Course last year to help make our school a more guided learning experience for our students. This year we are adding another one! We are focusing on some intermediate-level skills to help you up your cake decorating game. Our beginner course was comprehensive, covering many basics to give you a strong start on your journey. We will build on all of those skills in this next installment.
The Intermediate Course is a bit lighter; we will be covering three new skills and three new borders, and a single project cake to help you practice everything you just learned. We will also teach you how to fill a cake using our favorite Raspberry Filling Recipe. As always, there are great supplemental materials, including information sheets to help you get started and review your materials, printable piping practice sheets for all of the skills you will be learning, and a fun printable copy of our Raspberry Filling Recipe.
