intermediate course
This year we’ve added a new certificate course to our school. We are expanding on the lessons in our basic certificate course to help you level up your cake skills. We cover how to use fillings in your cakes and share our recipe for raspberry filling. We introduce three new techniques—writing, Cornelli lace, and scrolls—that are a natural advancement of your skills. There are also three borders to learn so you have more choices about how to finish your cakes. Plus, we have a fun project that is designed specifically to reinforce the skills covered in this course, giving you a chance to practice what you’ve learned on a cake.
